Dealing with COVID fatigue?

The CDC released tips for helping essential workers manage fatigue during this pandemic. Workers, including emergency responders and healthcare workers, are faced with harsh and stressful work environment because of the nature of the pandemic. These demanding work environments can lead to extreme fatigue for the employees. Fatigue is not only a threat because it can affect work quality, it can also lead to other health conditions.

CDC suggestions include tips on:

  • How to improve sleep

  • What to do if fatigue gets in the way of work

  • What employers can do to help their employees
